Hidan and Deidara are two characters from 'Naruto' by Masashi Kishimoto.
Deidara loves art. His popular motto is 'art is a bang' and his techniques show how cruel art can be. In Deidara's opinion artist is almighty, he can make and kill. Like god.
Hidan is fanatic believer of Jashin, his religion. Hidan kills for Jashin. The religions is all life of this proud, agressive man.
Deidara and Hidan belong Akatsuki, a organization of evil dangerous shinobis. They aren't friends. Probably Hidan thinks he is better than Deidara and it makes Deidara mad.
But they are similar. The men are engaged in theirs 'gods' - art or Jashin. The both are... fanatics. Fanatics of two sides - religion or art. Sometimes these two sides can be enemies...
A relationship between Hidan and Deidara will be really... strange. The mixture of fanatism, fascination, obsession and emotions. The really deadly mixture.
